- Las Vegas Twilight Town
Trek, September
11th, race begins on the The Las Vegas Strip.
This is an urban adventure race for teams
of two combining
"the best elements of a 5K, a scavenger hunt, an obstacle
course, and a strategy game into the urban adventure race of the
year!" Registration at 5:30pm, race starts at 6:30pm.

Proceeds from each registration will be donated to Nevada SPCA
for animal rescue.
- 4th Annual Family,
Fur & Fun Festival, Saturday,
October 2nd, 10am-4pm, Exploration Peak Park in Mountain's Edge,
9700 S. Buffalo, Las Vegas. Spectacular humane
education-themed, family-friendly event featuring rescued
animals for adoption, low-cost microchip IDs, professional pet
portraits, pet massage, and much more. Free admission.
Children of all ages earn Animal Hero Badges by participating in
fun, education activities that encourage them to learn about,
respect, and appreciate animals.
