$100,000 Animal Rescue Matching Challenge Fulfilled!
Enormous thanks to all who participated to empower rescue, rehab & adoption!
The $100,000 Animal Rescue Matching Challenge was completed on March 23! 732 online donors (Razoo and Paypal) raising $51,200 joined offline donors raising $56,639 for Nevada SPCA. With the doubled donations, the campaign raised an astounding $207,839!
Since every $5 contribution can supply baby formula and nourishment for rescued newborn kittens or puppies, plus nursing kits, the power of your successful effort is effectively beyond measure. Thank you very much from all of us at Nevada SPCA!
Based on escalating trends from the past seven years, Nevada SPCA is in overdrive preparing for the rescue of more than an estimated 5,000 motherless and homeless kittens and puppies, and pregnant animals, this spring and summer.
Thanks to exceptionally generous and compassionate donors, including Tina Walls, Leslie Hollman, and anonymous contributors, donations to Nevada SPCA are matched -- doubling their impact for animal rescue -- through midnight on March 23!
The $100,000 Animal Rescue Matching Challenge coincides with Nevada SPCA's participation in Nevada's Big Give, an online giving marathon empowering the state's great charities. Online contributions through March 23 will count towards participation and prize rewards in Nevada's Big Give.
Motherless newborns and pregnant animals, often with a fragile hold on life or in extreme distress, require emergency caretaking and advanced rescources from the moment of their rescues. Please give today, at whatever amount you can afford, to help ensure these innocent lives receive the loving care they need to survive, thrive, and reach their full loving potential.
Donations of all sizes are very welcome and will help us achieve another record year of rescues and adoptions! Thank you for taking action and expressing your love for animals with a lifesaving gift. Every $5 contribution can supply formula and nourishment for rescued newborn kittens or puppies, along with a nursing kit.
